HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER.
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING TIME VS PROCESSING TIME
Shipping time is how long it takes for your order to get to your house after the store sends it.
Processing time is how long it takes for the store to get your order ready to send. We need to put it in a box and make a special label for the delivery person to know where to take it.
So, shipping time is like waiting for your order to come in the mail, and processing time is like the store getting your order ready to send to you.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR RETURNS.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED / LOST.
Waifu Racing Division is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Waifu Racing Division is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
